Caldwell County Reports Fifteen New COVID Cases

Fifteen new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Caldwell County Tuesday raising the county’s total since the outbreak began to 696.

Judge-Executive Larry Curling tells the News Edge the latest cases to test positive for the virus include eight females and seven males ranging from 3 to 84-years old. He says all the cases are recovering at home.

Meanwhile, the Pennyrile District Health Department announced 80 new cases in its district Tuesday afternoon, which includes Caldwell’s cases.

The health department reported 25 of those cases were confirmed in Lyon County, 21 in Livingston, 15 in Trigg, and four in Crittenden County.
