A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly exposed himself to a vehicle Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 27-year-old Dustin Gary was walking on Fairview Drive when he pulled his pants down exposing himself to a car while small children were in the area.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree indecent exposure
