U.S. Forest Service at LBL Helps Other Agencies Battling Wildfires

Members of the U.S. Forest Service at Land Between the Lakes and other areas have been busy battling wildfires west of the Mississippi River this year, which has been one of the worst wildfire seasons in our nation’s history.

LBL spokesman Chris Joyner says he and other members of the U.S. Forest Service at LBL helped battle some of the wildfires for more than a month.
