Active COVID-19 cases dropped slightly in three age demographics in Christian County according to information released by the health department Friday afternoon.
The health department reported 551 active cases, a decline of 12 from Thursday. Active cases in the 21 and under age group dropped by two, while cases in the 60 to 84 age group dropped by three. In the 22-59 age group, there were seven fewer active cases.
In the first four days of December, Christian County has reported 167 new COVID cases compared to 90 in the first four days of November and 77 in the first four days of October.
