New Hopkinsville City Council member Chuck Crabtree officially joined the city governing body during a virtual meeting Tuesday night.
Crabtree took the oath of office administered by Mayor Wendell Lynch at the start of the meeting.
Crabtree fills the Ward 4 seat formerly held by Councilman Paul Henson, who passed away in October.
