The Christian County Health Department reported the county’s 34th COVID-19 related death Monday afternoon.
Spokeswoman Amanda Sweeney said the death was that of a 56-year-old Caucasian, non-Hispanic female, who had no underlying health conditions. She added their thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of the deceased.
Sweeney asked the community to continue wearing a mask in public, social distancing, frequently washing your hands, and taking advantage of free testing opportunities in the community.
