Police say a Madisonville man accidentally backed over his two-year old son on Gardenia Drive Wednesday morning.
According to Madisonville Police, 33-year old Ryan Peek was pulling into his Jeep into the garage and was unaware of the location of his son until he heard the child make a noise. Police said Peek then backed the Jeep all the way out of the garage when he felt the vehicle hit an object and discovered it was his son.
The child was transported by ambulance to Baptist Health.
