Among the events taking place with the Trigg County Piggy Party include the inaugural Piggy Paddle.
Fish Island Resort owner Tony Nolcox tells the News Edge the race will start Saturday, October 17, at 9:00, paddle time at 9:15.
Nolcox adds anybody can join in on the fun.
Fish Island Resort will have a few kayaks available for rent, you can rent one by calling (270) 924-0780.
He says there will be a shuttle Saturday morning to get you situated before the race.
West Cadiz Park is located near the intersection of Jefferson Street and Hamilton Street in downtown Cadiz. The event was originally scheduled for October 10, but was postponed until October due to the expected rain this weekend.
