A wreck on Lafayette Road near the intersection of Holiday Park Drive sent a man to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck was southbound on Lafayette Road when for an unknown reason the truck ran off the road hitting an embankment.
The driver of the truck was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for what police say are non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened just after 1 pm.
