Deputies have released the name of a Hopkinsville woman that was injured in a wreck on Madisonville Road in Christian County Tuesday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a truck driven by 59-year-old Margaret Utley was northbound on Madisonville Road attempting to turn into a driveway when she was hit by a southbound SUV driven by 50-year-old Shawn Scott of Hopkinsville.
Utley was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for what deputies say are non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened about two miles north of the Eagle Way intersection just before 1 pm.
