Four new COVID-19 cases were confirmed Tuesday afternoon in Trigg and Lyon counties.
Officials with the Pennyrile District Health Department said 1 new case in Trigg County involved a 62-year-old female, who is isolated at home. This marks the 179th case in the county.
In addition, 3 new cases were announced in Lyon County. They include a 55-year-old male, who is isolated at home, and a 79-year-old male and an 80-year-old male, both are hospitalized. Lyon County has seen a total of 80 COVID-19 cases since mid-March.
