Collaborate Marketing & Creative Services has announced a community service grant that will be administered annually to help community minded organizations achieve their goals of local service.
Marketing Specialist Joe Duncan says Collaborate is committed to giving back to the local region and wishes to put “its money where its mouth is” and has therefore announced a brand new grant opportunity for organizations throughout the region. He adds every year in January Collaborate will select one organization to receive free services to go toward the success and completion of one community-minded project, the services of which will be based on the specific organization’s needs as well as the needs of the project being supported.
Duncan states the grant is open to anyone who would wish to apply, however, there is preference given to several factors, including budget, local/regional affiliation, local/regional impact of the proposed project, nonprofit status, prior history of local/regional community service, and more.
He notes applications will be accepted each year from September 1st through October 31st and to apply an organization merely has to fill out an online form here that describes the project in as much detail as is necessary to communicate their goals, needs, and limitations.
