A Hopkinsville teenager was charged with wanton endangerment after she reportedly used a knife to threaten her mother on McPherson Avenue Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say a 16-year-old was angry with her mother over not properly fixing her hair and pulled a knife on her mother and used a knife to puncture a door and door frame.
The teenager reportedly told her mother she would kill her and wanted her dead during the altercation.
The juvenile whose name has not been released was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and was transported to McCracken County Juvenile Detention Center.
