Trigg, Lyon Counties Confirm 13 New COVID Cases Over Last Three Days

Thirteen new COVID-19 cases were announced Monday afternoon in Trigg and Lyon counties.

The Pennyrile District Health Department says 11 new cases were reported from the weekend and Monday in Trigg County. The youngest case involves a 7-year-old female, with a 19-year-old male and a 43-year-old female also testing positive. The other positive cases included 5 females and 3 males 60-years-old or older. Trigg County has reported 137 positive COVID-19 cases.

In Lyon County, 2 new cases were confirmed during the same time period. The cases include a 15-year-old female and a 62-year-old female. The total case number for the county has risen to 61.

All cases announced by the Pennyrile District Health Department Monday are isolated at home.
