Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Charges In Hopkinsville 

A traffic stop for failing to use a turn signal on Hazel Street led to drug charges Thursday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say 33-year-old Keir Majors was stopped after he failed to use a turn signal to turn onto East 21st Street from Hazel Street.

During the stop, police say they could smell marijuana in the vehicle and Majors admitted to having some on him.

After a search of the vehicle a gun, meth, cocaine, and ecstasy were reportedly found. He is charged with possession of meth, cocaine marijuana, and synthetic drugs.
