The Todd County Health Department reports three new COVID cases were confirmed Tuesday and there were no new cases on Wednesday.
Jen Harris, director with the health department, says the three cases are not linked to anyone else with the coronavirus. She says the cases involve a healthy adult and two healthy minors, who are all isolated at home with moderate to severe symptoms.
To date, 167 COVID cases have been confirmed in Todd County. Of those 141 have recovered and eighteen are active. The county has reported eight deaths related to the virus.
According to Harris, the county’s recovery rate from the virus is 84%.
