Even though the school year looks a little different, there is still a need for school supplies.
Pennyrile Allied Community Services Retired Senior Volunteer Program will be conducting a school supply drive for Trigg County Primary and Intermediate School students this week. The Lighthouse Family Resource Center strives to remove any barriers, whether physical; emotional; mental; or social that may interfere with a child’s learning or their success in school.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, supplies can be dropped off in the bright yellow box near the circle entrance to the Trigg County Senior Citizens Center located at 127 Joy Lane in Cadiz. The box will be out from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. All donations will be given to the Lighthouse FRC.
