Police have arrested a second man in connection to a shooting that occurred in Madisonville last month.
According to Madisonville police, 29-year old Terrell Hobgood was charged with two counts of wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Police said an investigation determined that Hobgood was responsible for firing a weapon at a car driven by Rachel Arroyo on August 25th at East Broadway and Daves Street. Arroyo’s daughter was also in the car at the time of the shooting.
Detectives previously arrested Matthew Chaney and charged him with two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment in connection to the shooting.
Both men are lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
