Caldwell County Reporting 72nd COVID-19 Case

Caldwell County is reporting a new coronavirus cases.

Judge-Executive Larry Curling confirmed Friday afternoon the county’s 72nd case since the county’s first case was reported March 31st. He added the cases involve a 61-year-old male, who is isolated at home.

The Pennyrile District Health Department announced Friday evening the current number of active cases in Caldwell County sits at 13, 12 are isolated at home while one is currently in the hospital. The county’s remaining 59 cases have recovered.
