An Elkton man is facing charges in Caldwell County following a one vehicle accident Tuesday night.
Caldwell County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Chris Noel states just before 11:30 deputies were dispatched to the 1200 block of Cadiz Road in reference to a motor vehicle accident. He added upon arriving at the scene and conducting further investigation deputies discovered the driver, 28-year-old Hunter Tabb, was allegedly under the influence of intoxicants.
Tabb was taken into custody and was charged with his fourth offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and various other vehicle related offenses.
Tabb was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
