A Hopkinsville man was charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of a credit card after he reportedly used a credit card someone else had lost to make purchases.
Hopkinsville Police say 49-year-old Eric Pearson used a credit card he found in a parking lot and made $700 worth of purchases in Hopkinsville.
Pearson is charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear and probation violation.
