The Cadiz-Trigg County Planning Commission approved preliminary plans for the Stallons, Strakal, Stallons, and Towler Subdivision on Blue Springs Road.
Chairman Bob Brame told commission members during their special meeting Tuesday afternoon that the approval is needed before the property can be sold at auction.
Before approving the preliminary plans, commission member Chappell Wilson said the plat needs to have the 378-line, which shows where the property may have flooded previously, as reported by the Army Corp. of Engineers.
After the property is sold by auction, these plans will return to the commission with the final design and all blocks signed.
