Investigators have released the name of a man whose body was found in a field off Bumpus Mill Road near Barkers Mill Road in Christian County Saturday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say someone was bush hogging in the area and located a body in a field. The body was sent to a medical examiner in Louisville and through missing person’s reports and dental records, the body was identified as 39-year-old Jason Littleton, of Clarksville. Clarksville Police say Littleton was last seen in Clarksville on June 25th around 8 am and was reported missing by his mother.
It’s unknown how long the body had been there, or what may have been the cause of death, at this time.
