A Hopkinsville man was charged Tuesday after he used someone’s credit card to make purchases and withdrawals without their consent.
Hopkinsville Police say on June 30th 35-year-old Richard Anderson used a credit card given to him to make a purchase at a store to make other unauthorized purchases and ATM withdrawals totaling $707. When asked about the credit card he reportedly told the owner of the account he must have left the card at the store.
Police say there is video and pictures of Anderson making the unauthorized transactions. He is charged with fraudulent use of a credit card.
