A home located on Dawn Drive in Hopkinsville was damaged in a fire Monday night.
Hopkinsville Firefighters say the fire started in the kitchen and spread to the rest of the home.
When firefighters arrived smoke was coming from the front of the home. No one was home at the time of the fire and the family of five will be displaced due to the damage.
The fire located at 305 Dawn Drive was called into firefighters just after 7 pm.
