A Hopkinsville woman was injured in a wreck on Eagle Way at the intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 22-year-old Justin Cooper, of Hopkinsville, was eastbound on Eagle Way when he failed to stop at a red light and hit 43-year-old Miranda Cardwell, who was northbound on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
Witnesses told police Cooper failed to stop at the red light. Police say Cardwell was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for head and back pain.
The crash happened just after 3 pm.
