Construction has begun on the thirteenth Dollar General store in Christian County.
Mary Colbert with the company confirmed to the News Edge a store in being built at 400 Gracey-Sinking Fork Road in Gracey. Colbert adds the store will be approximately 9,000 square feet with a 7,300 square foot sales floor.
At this time, the grand opening for the new store is slated for fall 2020, but construction progress may alter the date.
Colbert says the store will employ six to ten employees, with job openings to be posted here.
