A wreck on Rocky Ridge Road, near the intersection with US 68, sent the driver of a tractor-trailer to the hospital Tuesday night.
Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputies say a tractor-trailer was northbound when for an unknown reason the truck ran off the road and overturned. The truck was hauling a tank full of sodium hydroxide.
The driver whose name has not been released was taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital. The full extent of the injuries was unknown.
The crash happened just after 7 pm.
