Community Medical Clinic Offers Safety Tips for Summer Fun

Saturday marks the first official day of Summer and Community Medical Clinic wants to remind area residents to play it safe.

Marketing and Outreach Coordinator Chloe Zecher recommends applying sunscreen at least every 90 minutes when outside.

She adds it’s important to follow all instructions on the sunscreen bottle when it comes to storing it and staying mindful of the expiration date.

Zecher says another thing that affects nearly everyone is ticks and mosquitoes.

If on the lake or swimming in your pool, Zecher says to follow these instructions to prevent ear infections.
