A Texas man was charged with murder after a wreck on The Trace in Land Between the Lakes Saturday morning.
Kentucky State Police say a southbound car driven by 19-year-old Christopher Swykert of Melissa, Texas, failed to navigate a curve and ran off the road causing the vehicle to overturn and hit a tree.
A passenger in the car 19-year-old Harry Daniel Kincaid of Houston, Texas was killed in the crash.
Swykert was arrested and charged with DUI and murder. Kincaid was stationed at Fort Campbell.
The crash happend just before 5 am.
