Magistrates also heard an update from Christian County Health Department Director Kayla Bebout, who reported she received confirmation of one new case Tuesday morning, bringing the total number of active cases to 34. She said 2,215 people had been tested at the Tie Breaker Park testing site, with 77 percent of those tests Christian County residents.

Bebout said there are a total of 148 COVID-19 cases in the county and she thinks they will see the number of coronavirus increase during the reopening phases.
