Police have released the name of a woman that led law enforcement on a pursuit in Christian County Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop a car on South Campbell Street, just after 4 pm because the driver had active warrants.
55-year-old Sue Garner reportedly fled leading police on a pursuit down several city streets before getting on to Pennyrile Parkway.
During the pursuit, Garner reportedly hit two Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies vehicles before they were able to get her vehicle to come to a stop, near the ramp for interstate 24.
She was arrested and charged with first and second-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment, resisting arrest, and speeding.
Garner was also arrested on an active warrant for larceny in South Carolina.
