A robbery on East 16th Street in Hopkinsville turned into a wreck Wednesday afternoon.Hopkinsville Police say just after 3 pm a man pulled up in a car and assaulted another man while trying to take money from him near the intersection of South Clay Street.
The suspect reportedly hit the man with his vehicle, before striking another vehicle while leaving the area.
Police say no one was injured, and the suspect’s vehicle is believed to be a maroon, no other description of the suspect has been released.
