Trigg Officials Prepared To Deal With Coronavirus

Trigg County officials are prepared to deal with the Coronavirus if and when a case is confirmed in the county.

Trigg County Emergency Management Director David Bryant presided over a meeting involving local and regional health officials and law enforcement at the Trigg County Emergency Operations Center Tuesday morning.
Trigg County Judge/Executive Hollis Alexander says the county is prepared to deal with any cases of the Coronavirus.


Emergency Management Director David Bryant says this potential crisis has taken a different type of planning.

Judge Alexander says he is concerned about the impact the Coronavirus Pandemic is having on the Cadiz-Trigg County community.

 

Pennyrile District Health Department Director Jim Tolley, EMS Director Jason Meador, Freida Smiley and Jody Wilson from Trigg County, Sheriff Jason Barnes, Cadiz Mayor Todd King, Police Chief Duncan Wiggins, and other local officials to discuss plans to respond to the Coronavirus.
