A man that failed to report back to the jail after being on work release Monday morning has been taken into custody.
The Christian County Jail has confirmed 47-year-old Devon Kendrick is back in jail after he was located by Hopkinsville Police Monday afternoon.
Kendrick was dropped off by his employer at the Christian County Jail around 5 p.m. Sunday and failed to report back inside the jail.
He was being held on a flagrant non-support charge but is now charged with second-degree escape.
