Amid growing concerns for public health, the Hopkinsville Water Environment Authority will be changing their methods of operation.
HWEA announced they will be closing their lobby to the public for their customers’ safety beginning Monday morning. They will continue to serve customers from the drive-up window during normal business hours.
Customers can pay bills from home via the HWEA phone system or through their website.
