Hopkinsville Young Professionals Engage, or HYPE, is continually working to get young people connected in their community and develop them into leaders.
HYPE President Tyler Jones told Rotarians during Tuesday’s meeting their goal is to professionally develop young people in the community; noting that Christian County has an average age of 28, the youngest in Kentucky.
He adds there is a diverse group involved in HYPE.
Jones says they are continually getting out and learning about the community.
He notes there are multiple upcoming events, including a Grow with Google event in April that is open to the public.
HYPE includes general monthly meetings, special meetings, networking events, and various volunteer opportunities.
