Christian County Chamber Presents 2020 Compass Awards

Some of the best Christian County Chamber of Commerce members were honored Thursday night during the 2020 Compass Awards.

Chamber President and CEO Kelli Pendleton thanked every chamber member for what they do for the community.


Before awards were handed out, Pendleton shared a new program, Innovate and Caffeinate, which will kick off in April.


Amanda Mackin, employed by Planters Bank, presented the Health and Wellness Award to Jennie Stuart Health.


The Quality Service Award was presented to Pennyrile Area Development District by Stephanie Jones who works for Rooms for Less.

The Non-Profit Award went to the Rotary Club of Hopkinsville, with the Horizon Award going to Planters Bank-Jennie Stuart Health Sportsplex Hopkinsville. In addition, Agri-Chem, LLC was presented the Agriculture/Agri-Business Award and the Century Award went to Hopkinsville Water Environment Authority.

The Sunset Award, which recognizes a business or organization that recently went out of business and had a history of community and chamber involvement was awarded to Means & Fort Electric, Inc.
