A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for the rape of an adult female Thursday night.
Hopkinsville Police say a 41-year-old man was arrested after he had intercourse with an adult female that was incapable of consent due to being physically helpless.
He is charged with first-degree rape and is being held at the Christian County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
