A Hopkinsville man was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Lafayette Road Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 65-year-old Wilbur Cook was southbound on Lafayette Road when his car ran off the road and into a ditch as he turned onto Stone Valley Drive.
Police believe the wreck was caused by a medical problem but Cook reportedly told police it was due to the rain. Cook was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
