Cerulean Woman Charged With Possession Of Meth

A Cerulean woman was charged with possession of meth and leaving the scene of a wreck Wednesday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say 37-year-old Elizabeth Mullican was in a wreck at the intersection of East 18th Street and South Main Street and attempted to flee the area on foot as police arrived.

Mullican was located by police and reportedly found to have meth in her purse. She is charged with leaving the scene of an accident, possession of meth, and probation violation.

She was also cited for not having insurance and expired registration.
