The annual Relay For Life Pancake Breakfast kicked off the 2020 fundraising campaign Saturday morning. The event was held at First Baptist Church in Hopkinsville and serves as the first of many events leading up to the 2020 Relay For Life event in June. Relay Co-Chair Crystal Hightower says they had a fantastic turnout from the community.
Relay Organizer Karen Kenady revealed the 2020 Relay theme for Christian County, noting they drew inspiration from this year’s Olympics.
She says the Relay For Life event will be held in June and will utilize the new Sportsplex facility.
Totals raised from the event have not yet been released.
