The Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation is gearing up for a busy 2020.

Programs Coordinator Toby Hudson tells the News Edge their first major event of the year will be the Hopkinsville International Festival on March 27 and 28.

Parks and Recreation Coordinator Tab Brockman notes they have even started planning the 2020 Summer Salute and have confirmed a headliner for the Saturday night concert.

Other major dates will be the Easter Egg hunt on Saturday, April 11 and Tie Breaker Family Aquatic Center will open for the summer on Saturday, May 23.
