The City of Kuttawa has selected a new mayor.
At a special called meeting Monday night, Barbara Campbell was nominated to take over for her late husband, James Campbell.
James passed away on December 11. He was serving as mayor at the time of his death. He had previously served as the former Lyon County Circuit Court Clerk for twenty seven and a half years, and as the former Lyon County Judge Executive for four years.
