A memorial service for 64-year old John David Phillips of Elkton will be Sunday afternoon, January 5, at 2:00 at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.
Visitation will begin at the church at 1:00 Sunday afternoon.
Todd County Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Elkton is in charge of arrangements.

2 Sons: Michael Phillips of Hopkinsville and Daniel Phillips of Elkton
2 Step-Daughters: Maria Sheppard of Clarksville and Melissa Chambers of Camber

Brother: Mark Phillips of Elkton
