A Hopkinsville man and woman were arrested on warrants Thursday afternoon after the father reportedly choked his two step-sons on August 10th.
Hopkinsville Police say 28-year-old Bradford Lynch Jr. broke his step daughter’s phone then choked both of his step-sons, one until his face was bright red.The children’s mother 30-year-old Sheena Lynch was reportedly home at the time and didn’t stop him from choking them.
The mother and father were arrested on Riverfront Drive and charged with two counts of first-degree strangulation.
