Jennie Stuart Medical Center welcomed the first baby born in 2020 on New Year’s Day.
According to hospital officials, Linkin Miller arrived at 12:37 p.m. and weighed 7 pounds and 13 ounces.
Officials say the baby boy’s mother, Lisa Miller, was not expecting an early arrival but stated: “it was love at first sight, and she’s proud to be a first-time mother.”
