The Cadiz Police Department spent part of the week spreading Christmas holiday cheer.
According to a social media post, Chief Duncan Wiggins spent Monday morning giving drivers gifts for safe driving practices like wearing seat belts and obeying traffic control devices. Operation Safe Santa delivered four gifts as a special surprise before Christmas.
