The Cadiz Police Department and Trigg County Sheriff’s Office report Friday’s Toys for Tots Drive was a huge success.
Cadiz Police Chief Duncan Wiggins tells the News Edge the drive at the Main Street location of Dollar General was great.
Trigg County Sheriff Jason Barnes says he was surprised at the turnout they had at the Canton Road Dollar General location.
The toy drives were a joint effort with Cadiz Cash Express, with over $1850 and 723 toys collected during the five hour period.
