A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of meth after a traffic stop on Nelson Drive Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 38-year-old Joshua Williams was stopped on Nelson Drive due to an expired registration plate and found to have meth inside his vehicle.
Williams was given a warning for his expired registration and was charged with possession of meth.
